QUBER is an emergency savings benefit that builds the habit of saving money. Our mobile app leverages behavioural science to increase deposits, reduce cash outs, and drive retention. As employees save in the app, they earn matched incentives from you, encouraging them to stay consistent with the habit. With a focus on short-term savings, and an emphasis on emergency savings, your employees are much less likely to dip into their retirement savings when the unexpected happens.
