The Pilot Project
KFC Foundation first launched their financial wellness program in 2018. Still not satisfied with the program results they were getting, they decided to do another pilot to see if they could improve their results. The following is what we were measured on:
Employee participation rates;
Average employee savings;
Employee engagement in the savings program;
Employee retention in the program;
Time required for the partner to support the program.

Happy Employees Help Make the Program Successful
Employees, like Diana Yang, help make the Emergency Savings Program at KFC franchise locations even more successful.
“I've gained a lot of knowledge since I've signed up with QUBER and I'm also saving money!”, says Diana in an interview she did after her first 6 months into the program. Read the full interview here.
Diana is now helping other employees sign up for the program through QUBER’s Refer to Earn program. Employees have the chance to earn even more incentives, offered by the KFC Foundation, for spreading the word and helping coworkers onboard into the program.
